Your contributions will play a vital role in guaranteeing that our organization's products effectively penetrate the target market.Benefits of Working With UsCompetitive compensation including paid time off and holidays.Medical insurance (HDHP with HSA and PPO options)Prescription drug coverageDental and Vision insurancePre-tax flexible spending account401(k) retirement savings with employer matchBasic and supplemental life and AD&D insuranceShort-term and long-term disability insurancePre-tax dependent care flexible spending accountWellness program with diabetes prevention, condition care, preventive care, and annual flu shot.Employee Assistance ProgramRequirementsWe are searching for a candidate with:Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing, product marketing business, communications or related field preferred.5+ years of progressive experience in B2B Marketing.5+ years' experience with major Homecenter retailersKnowledge in the residential building industry a plus.Exhibit strong leadership, problem solving, and time management capabilities.Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment.Experienced managing and selling across multiple retail sales channels.Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with partners and internal teams.Strong project management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.Budget Management: Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spending for maximum ROI.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, email marketing,) and possibly some knowledge of digital marketing techniques.Comfortable working in a matrix environmentDuties and ResponsibilitiesA typical day may include:Develop, communicate, implement, and manage a channel marketing strategy for the assigned channel type.Keep a pulse on channel partner trends and drive marketing excellence across the organization.Responsible for driving strategy and growth within assigned target customer base.Develop KPIs, proposals, business cases and ROI models for and with partners.Organize and execute campaigns through internal resources and external vendors.Track and optimize the performance of new and existing partnerships.Set the strategic and tactical direction for channel marketing activities that generate revenue in region.Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and dealers to generate revenue and drive sales.Find high value leads and potential partners and develop strategies to turn those connections into profitable relationships.Educate teams about products and represent the company's entire range of products and services.Meet sales objectives and company profitability goals, and ensure partners meet company sales goals and standards.Recruit, train, manage, and support partners, and provide guidance, feedback, incentives, and resources.Coordinate with other company personnel, such as the support team and management team, to meet customer and partner expectations.Comfortable with travel to customer events, shows industry meetings, company onsite meetings as necessary.Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid potential conflicts.Facilitate indirect sales deals to third-party resellers of goods and services.Position DetailsFull TimeLocation Preference: Charloette NC or Atlanta, GATravelThe information in this description indicates the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
