Adecco is assisting a local manufacturer, seeking a 3rd Shift Production Tooling Assembler in the Manchester, NH area. This position offers overtime, incentives, great benefits, and a great starting wage!Job Overview / Schedule:3rd Shift - 10:45PM - 6:45AM (must Train on 1st Shift for 2-3 Weeks)Responsible for assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting tooling used in a plastic extrusion manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Build, prepare, and maintain tooling, dies, and rolls according to production schedulesTroubleshoot and resolve tooling, mechanical, or quality issuesPerform preventative maintenance on tooling and related equipmentSupport efficient equipment changeovers and setup activitiesFollow all safety, quality, and environmental proceduresMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas (5S standards)Handle, store, and dispose of materials and waste properlyInspect equipment and report any safety or operational concernsParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesAssist with additional tasks or emergency response activities as neededQualifications:High school diploma or GED required2+ years of mechanical or assembly experience preferredTechnical training or equivalent hands-on experience is a plusAbility to read and understand mechanical drawingsBasic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)Strong attention to detail and manual dexterityGood communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to learn and be cross-trainedWork Requirements:Full-time, onsite roleReliable attendance is essentialAbility to work overtime, extended shifts, and weekends as neededMust be able to obtain or maintain safety certifications (e.g., lockout/tagout, equipment operation)If you are interested in this position, please apply with your resume and a Team Member will be in touch!Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
