Montessori Program Manager / Lead GuideJob DescriptionPetal Path Montessori-Inspired Enrichment is seeking a warm, organized, and passionate Montessori Program Manager / Lead Guide to help lead and grow our child-centered program serving children ages 2–12.This role combines hands-on guiding of children with program leadership and coordination. We are looking for someone who loves creating prepared environments, supporting child independence, and helping build a positive, collaborative team culture. The right candidate enjoys both direct work with children and behind-the-scenes organization to help programs run smoothly.This is an excellent opportunity for a Montessori educator or early childhood professional who wants to help shape a growing program and make a meaningful impact.ResponsibilitiesLead Montessori-inspired enrichment classes and guide children through purposeful, developmentally appropriate activitiesMaintain a calm, engaging, and prepared learning environmentSupport curriculum planning and program structureCoordinate class schedules, materials, and daily program flowProvide guidance and support to instructors and team membersCommunicate professionally with families and help create a welcoming community environmentAssist with program development, quality improvement, and ongoing growth initiativesQualificationsExperience working with children in a Montessori, early childhood, or enrichment settingStrong understanding of child development and child-led learningLeadership, organization, and communication skillsAbility to create a positive, calm, and nurturing environmentMontessori training or certification preferred Program coordination or leadership experience is a plusScheduleFull-time preferred (part-time may be considered for the right candidate).
