Key Responsibilities Mentor and guide accounting professionals in daily operations. Provide coaching and technical support to your team. Drive efficiency, accountability, and manage workflows effectively. Collaborate with leadership on operational enhancements and initiatives. Support the development of the team and ensure long-term growth. Client Accounting & Advisory Build and maintain strong client relationships. Serve as a trusted advisor for accounting and operational inquiries. Assist clients with financial reporting, budgeting, and other accounting matters. Deliver exceptional client service and responsiveness. Provide insights and solutions beyond basic transactional accounting. Financial Review & Compliance Review financial statements and accounting outputs for accuracy. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies. Maintain quality control across engagements and deliverables. Qualifications Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. CPA certification preferred. 5+ years of relevant accounting experience. Strong public accounting experience is highly desirable. Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and leadership abilities. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
