Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Client Manager. The Client Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and relationship management. Daily responsibilities include overseeing client projects, coordinating between internal teams, managing deadlines, and providing strategic guidance to deliver successful digital solutions. Additionally, the Client Manager will address client needs, propose creative solutions, mitigate risks, and ensure projects align with client goals and company standards. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationshipsProficiency in project management, multitasking across multiple deadlines, and collaboration with cross-functional teamsAn understanding of digital marketing, web design principles, and online platformsProblem-solving and decision-making abilities to actively address client challenges and requirementsTime management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet timelines effectivelyFamiliarity with digital collaboration toolsExperience in client-facing roles within the digital or web design industry is a plus
