Project Manager – Workplace Design & ConstructionAs a Project Manager at Unispace, you will support the delivery of innovative, high-quality workplace projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and construction teams. This role is ideal for a driven project professional who enjoys being hands-on, organised, and actively involved on site and with clients.You’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track managing information, supporting programme delivery, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of workplace construction projects from planning through to completionAttend regular site and client meetings, providing clear updates on progress and next stepsCoordinate site walk-throughs with subcontractors, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-upMaintain project documentation, workflows, and reporting using Vista or similar systemsMonitor site progress, identifying risks or issues early and escalating where appropriateUpdate project schedules and support programme management to meet client commitmentsCollaborate closely with design, construction, and commercial teams to support successful outcomesAbout YouClient-focused, with a strong commitment to quality and serviceHighly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across teamsProactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and problem-solvingEngaged and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in workplace design and constructionExperience & Skills5–10 years’ experience in project management or project engineering within constructionExposure to tenant improvement (TI) projects and subcontractor coordination preferredProficiency with Microsoft Project, Vista, or similar project management softwareSolid understanding of construction processes and site coordinationBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)LEED accreditation or sustainability-related qualifications are an advantageWhat We OfferIn return, you will receive a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including a pension, paid holiday leave, and travel opportunities across our global offices.
