Job Description Forklift Operator – Recycling Facility Location: Fort Myers, FL 33905 Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays) 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Why Work With Us? The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for operating forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials while maintaining compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Load, unload, move, and stage materials and products Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs Assist with inventory control and product tracking Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Requirements Valid forklift operator certification/license Previous experience as a forklift operator preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in dusty, varying temperatures Strong teamwork, reflexes, and attention to safety Must wear PPE (provided) and 6" steel/composite toe boots Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Company Description We are a staffing company dedicated to connecting you with long-term career opportunities.
