Database Report WriterDepartment: EMR & Data Reporting Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Springfield (Admin Office) Compensation: $36.76 / hourDescriptionTurn data into meaningful insights that help expand access to care and strengthen communities.The Database Report Writer plays a key role in supporting data-informed decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing reports from our electronic health record (EHR) systems and other data sources. You'll collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that supports our mission to Inspire Hope and Promote Wellness—especially in rural communities where access to care matters most.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data to solve problems, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality reporting that drives impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, generate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reportsDesign and build ad hoc reports to meet evolving organizational needsModify, test, and enhance existing reports to ensure accuracy and usabilityDeploy reports and support end users with reporting needsPartner with the Director of Data Reporting Services on projects and initiativesParticipate in meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement effortsPerform other duties as assignedSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseHigh School/GED requiredBachelor's degree preferredWork Experience/Training/Additional RequirementsAt least three (3) years' experience using SQL to query complex relational databases and validate reporting results requiredAt least three (3) years' experience with various computer software and Enterprise Health Record applications preferredAt least three (3) years' experience using Crystal Reports preferredPossess the ability to determine the level of effort to accomplish requested tasksAbility to be flexible and adapt to the challenges and reporting needs of the organizationYou'll be a great fit for this role if you:Enjoy translating complex data into clear, actionable insightsHave strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracyCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiencesAre organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple prioritiesThrive in a mission-driven, team-oriented environmentTake initiative and look for ways to improve processes and reporting efficiencyJ-18808-Ljbffr
