Poplar St., Oxford, OH 45056 Work SchedulePRN Optional hoursWeekend and holiday rotationIncentives & BenefitsThis position is classified as PRN and is not eligible for TriHealth benefits.Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Technology, Chemical or Biological Science (Required) Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or Technology, Chemical or Biological Science (Required)1 - 2 years experience clinical in a related field is preferredASCP certification or AMT certification is requiredJob OverviewThis position is responsible for performing a full range of laboratory tests, confirming the accuracy of test results, and reporting laboratory findings to the doctors, pathologists, or other physicians. This position may work in any of the major areas of the laboratory: Transfusion Service, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology/Immunology, Toxicology, Special Chemistry and Fibrinolysis. This position operates and maintains a variety of laboratory instruments, utilizes laboratory computer system in performance of duties, maintains strict adherence to established policies and procedures, and works under the supervision of a general supervisor, but works independently.
