Job OpportunityTwo temporary contracts available: one starting in March for one year (renewable) and one starting in April for five months (renewable).
Position open for 100% remote work in France or hybrid mode from our offices located in the heart of Paris (75), Mont-Saint-Aignan (76), and Le Mans (72).
Your mission within the team:
Take charge of client compensation requests with the goal of optimal satisfaction while respecting the company's quality and regulatory commitments.
Your future missions:
In the home insurance claims management team, your role will be to:
Process insurance claims
Collect claims declarations and understand client situations/needs
Verify the validity of the contract, application of guarantees, and all necessary elements for processing claims
Respect internal and external procedures
Assess and decide on the basis of claim elements, the extent of the damage, financial implications, and, if applicable, the responsibilities involved
Identify the appropriate settlement or service solution tailored to the insured's needs and the company's conventional management procedures
Proceed with the payment of compensation according to the company's settlement policy and the insured's choice
Perform administrative and technical follow-up of the claim
In parallel, your goal will be to support and inform clients throughout the claim process, providing them with the necessary visibility and adapting to the diversity of situations.
