Adecco is seeking aManufacturing Supervisorto lead and help build a growing 2nd shift team at a well-established manufacturer in the Auburn, Maine area.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-visibility role where you won't just manage a team—you'll help shape how the shift operates as it expands. The company produces motor protection components used in equipment worldwide, and demand is driving continued growth.

Shift:Monday–Thursday , 5:00 PM – 3:30 AMWhat Makes This Role Different
You'll start with a smaller, developing team and play a key role in growing and stabilizing the shiftOpportunity to influence processes, team structure, and culture earlyHigh visibility with leadership as the shift expandsWhat You'll Be Doing
Lead daily production to meet safety, quality, and output goalsHelp build, train, and develop a growing production teamAdjust schedules and workflows as volume increasesIdentify inefficiencies and implement practical improvementsPartner with leadership to support shift expansion and hiringMaintain a strong presence on the production floorWhat This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day
You'll spend most of your time on the floor supporting a small but growing teamYou'll be directly involved in training, coaching, and setting expectationsYou'll help create structure where things are still evolvingWhat We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership roleSomeone comfortable in a build/growth environment (not just maintaining the status quo)Strong communication and team development skillsAbility to problem-solve in a fast-paced, changing environmentBasic computer skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.High school diploma or equivalentWhy This Role Stands Out
