This role oversees a team of controlsengineers and ensures successful design, implementation, and optimization of industrialautomation systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of controls engineersManage project timelines, budgets, and resourcesOversee design, installation, and commissioning of control systemsIntegrate PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and automation toolsTroubleshoot complex control system issuesDrive continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with production, maintenance, and safety teamsEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsQualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Controls, or related field5+ years controls engineering experience2+ years leadership experienceStrong PLC experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)Experience with SCADA and HMI systemsStrong troubleshooting skills
