This role involves 24-hour call, dedicated clinic, and OR time, Monday through Friday, with varying hours. The Physician will manage general orthopedic cases, including total joints, hips, and knees, within a Critical Access Hospital, which is not designated for trauma.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide 24-hour call coverage, from 7am-7am
Conduct dedicated clinic and OR time
Work in a Critical Access Hospital seeing all routine/general Ortho cases
Manage general Ortho cases, including total joints, hips, and knees
Ship out most trauma cases
Oversee additional clinic hours and patients Monday through Friday, with hours varying
