ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand assembly requirements and specificationsInstallation and assembly of control panels using hand tools and power tools according to product specificationsTroubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions in machine tools and automation systems, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniquesCollaborate with engineering and other team members to interpret electrical schematics, diagrams and technical specifications for machine tool integrationPerform preventative maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of electrical systemsKeeping updated on machine tool field concepts, practices, and proceduresSKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in a Machine Tool Electrician of similar roleProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints accurately and effectivelyMust possess own hand toolsAbility to effectively and efficiently work individually and as well in a team environmentMust have valid driver’s licenseMust be willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally at 20% or less per calendar yearFrequently moves, lifts, transports, positions, and installs equipment and material greater than 10lbs
