Administrative Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. This role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks and a strong ability to manage time effectively. Duties - Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management. - Greet visitors at the front desk and provide them with necessary information. - Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff members. - Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheet management, and communication. - Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. - Assist with the management of office supplies and inventory. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing records. - Support dental receptionist tasks as needed, ensuring a smooth patient experience. - Communicate effectively with team members and clients; bilingual skills are a plus. Requirements - Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). - Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. - Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail. - High level of computer literacy; ability to learn new software quickly. - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience in clerical duties and data entry processes. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. - Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
