Our placement services provide flexibility to accommodate your schedule and needs. Overview: STNA openings - 8 hr. shifts, all shifts available. Compensation: $19/hourly Job Responsibilities: Providing nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities Follow and adhere to resident care plans Measure and monitor blood pressure and other vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary Observation of residents during your shift, reporting any concerns to the nursing team Serving meals to residents and assist as needed Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Clean and sanitize surfaces, keeping residents' rooms clean, and helping to ensure a hygienic environment Move residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, repositioning as needed Requirements: Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification Current BLS and immunizations (Hep B and TB screening) are required Understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Effective organizational and communication skills Benefits: Weekly pay Holiday Pay Guaranteed Hours 401k retirement plan Referral bonus Employee assistance programs Medical benefits Dental benefits Vision benefits #FS2
