Job DescriptionJob Summary:Responsible for performing various tasks to operate, monitor, troubleshoot CNC machine. The CNC Programmer is responsible for ensuring the machine is performing as required to meet necessary tolerances. Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and to achieve the most efficient production.Job Location: This position is on-site in Damascus, ORDuties/Responsibilities:Occasionally operates CNC Machines as neededProgramming of CNC machines (Joinery Machine)Following all CNC Standard Operating ProceduresUnderstanding of machine maintenance & troubleshootingEffectively manage time to meet set schedules for productionAdjusting machine to specifications and to maximize machining capabilitiesEnsuring most efficient use of raw materialsTrack machine data for estimating, and tracking waste, and other various measurablesCreate QC documents for all produced partsAccountable for making sure every part is produced on each projectRequired Skills/Abilities: Ability to read technical drawings & a tape measureTime management skillsExperience with CAD programs (CADWork preferred) is a plusProblem-solving and mathematics skillsReliable and self-motivatedStrong analytical, communication, and computer skillsAttention to detailExperience with CNC Programming softwareEducation and Experience:Minimum of 2-years CNC experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentPhysical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
