The successful candidate will be a key player in leading and managing M&A and capital markets transactions within the FIG sector. This role demands a professional with a minimum of 7 years' experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or a related financial services role, and a strong background in FIG, particularly with a focus on specialty insurance. The Vice President will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, overseeing the preparation of financial models and marketing materials, driving due diligence processes, and mentoring junior team members. The position requires a candidate with exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills, the ability to lead deal execution, and a proven track record of managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with an MBA or other advanced degree being a plus. A Series 79 and 63 licenses are required, or the willingness to obtain them.
