The Accounting Clerk will report to the Accounting Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for daily routine accounting transactions.Location: Chatsworth, CAResponsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounts receivable (A/R) operations, including invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation Support accounts payable (A/P) functions as needed and serve as a backup for both A/R and A/P processes Review, verify, and reconcile bank statements and financial transactions to ensure accuracy Assist with monthly budget reconciliation and financial analysis to support business decision-making Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports in a timely and accurate manner to ensure compliance and avoid penalties Process year-end Form 1099-MISC for vendors in accordance with regulatory requirements Maintain confidential financial data, reports, and documentation with a high level of integrity Support internal and external audit processes, including preparing schedules and providing requested documentation Assist in developing and maintaining accounting SOPs and company-wide financial procedures to improve efficiency and compliance Perform additional duties and ad hoc projects as assigned Hourly Rate: $25.00 – $28.00, based on experience and qualificationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (required) Bilingual in Chinese Mandarian and English is prefered1+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable or general accounting Strong understanding of GAAP principles and accounting standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (e.g., PivotTables, XLOOKUP, data analysis) and Word Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on operational needs Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insurancePaid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidaysVision insuranceWork Location & Requirements: Ability to commute to Chatsworth, CA 91311 (required) Willingness to relocate to Chatsworth, CA 91311 prior to start date (required)
