Contracts Counsel — Higher Education & Public Procurement

Houston Community College is seeking an Assistant General Counsel (Contracts) to oversee legal contract administration. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, provide legal advice to the Board of Trustees, and draft and negotiate contracts. Ideal candidates will have a J.D. from an accredited law school, five years of legal experience, and active Texas Bar membership.
