Executive Office Coordinator
Description Executive Office Coordinator Reports to CEO Hybrid position based out of the McKinney, TX office We're looking for a highly organized, professional, and dependable Executive Office Coordinator to directly support our CEO in a fast-paced environment. This role primarily focuses on two key areas: executive support and social media coordination. The ideal candidate will help manage the day-to-day operations of the Office of the CEO while also supporting the company's social media presence through content coordination, posting, engagement tracking, and brand-aligned communication. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can serve as a true utility player across the organization. In addition to executive support and social media responsibilities, this position will assist with ad hoc projects, operational support, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, creative, comfortable working independently, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
