This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is as strong in the trenches as they are on the sidelines — a seller who can close, coach, and elevate others while owning their own book of business.You will be responsible for driving meaningful year-over-year revenue growth across RTM's established and newly launched conference portfolios, while directly managing and mentoring a small team.
