We are seeking a dynamic Manager to join our team in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and leadership skills to oversee the daily operations of our establishment.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage and supervise lodging reservations, billing, and the concierge team.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met

- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on hotel operations
- Proficient in front desk procedures, night audit processes, and phone etiquette
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
