Marketing Manager

We’re partnering with a fantastic client in the alternative investments space to hire a Branding, Media & Content Strategist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, high-performing firm and play a key role in shaping its brand, voice, and market presence.This role is ideal for a creative yet strategic marketer who understands financial audiences and thrives at the intersection of content, social media, and events.What you’ll be doing:Social Media Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy to grow audience, engagement, and brand authorityCreate and publish content including thought leadership, firm updates, market commentary, and multimedia assetsMonitor performance metrics (impressions, engagement, follower growth, CTR) and optimize accordinglySupport and advise leadership on executive social media presenceContent MarketingProduce high-quality content including white papers, articles, newsletters, case studies, and investment commentaryPartner with internal teams to translate complex strategies and market insights into clear, compelling messagingManage an editorial calendar and ensure consistency in brand voice across all channelsOversee website content updates and support SEO initiativesEvents & ConferencesIdentify and evaluate industry events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities aligned with target audiencesManage end-to-end execution of events including conferences, roundtables, webinars, and investor engagementsDevelop event materials, messaging, and follow-up strategies to maximize ROITrack event performance and maintain a pipeline of relevant opportunitiesMedia & PRSupport press outreach efforts including drafting press releases, media pitches, and firm announcementsBuild and maintain relationships with journalists and industry publicationsCoordinate media opportunities for senior leadership (interviews, bylined articles, commentary)Monitor industry news and identify timely PR opportunitiesWhat we’re looking for:4–7 years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services, asset management, or alternative investmentsDemonstrated success in LinkedIn strategy and social media managementExcellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial topics clearlyExperience planning and executing events and sponsorshipsStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesNice to have:Experience marketing to institutional investors, family offices, or high-net-worth individualsFamiliarity with financial marketing regulations (e.g., SEC guidelines)Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics toolsBackground in media relations or public relationsThis role offers strong visibility and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while helping to shape and scale a growing brand in a competitive market.This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, offering the chance to work closely with senior leadership and help elevate a growing brand in a competitive market.
