ITU is the higher acuity adult unit (patients with thought disorder diagnoses), SRAD has patients that live a senior lifestyle. VINE is lower acuity adult unit.Type of Equipment:Documentation System: MeditechScheduling Requirements: We require coverage for three 12-hour shifts each day, seven days a week, including weekends. This involves taking thorough patient histories, observing behavior, and using diagnostic tools.Care Planning: Developing individualized care plans based on the needs of patients with mental health and behavioral issues. This includes setting goals, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes.Medication Management: Administering psychiatric medications and monitoring for side effects or adverse reactions. Knowledge of psychotropic medicationsMust Have: Crisis Intervention: Providing immediate, short-term support to patients in crisis (e.g., suicidal ideation, aggression).
