About the Role
As a Lead Project Scheduler, you will serve as the primary architect for project timelines, ensuring that complex infrastructure initiatives remain on track from inception to completion. By leveraging advanced Primavera P6 expertise, you will drive project success through precise planning, risk mitigation, and clear communication with cross-functional engineering and construction teams.
Responsibilities
Direct the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules to ensure milestones are met.
Perform rigorous Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis to optimize project delivery and resource allocation.
Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership, highlighting variances and potential risks.
Lead collaborative scheduling sessions to align project stakeholders on scope, constraints, and priorities.
Develop and implement recovery strategies to address schedule slippage and maintain project momentum.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to refine scheduling accuracy and operational efficiency.
Oversee cost and resource loading to ensure project budgets and manpower remain balanced.
Qualifications
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
5+ years of hands-on experience utilizing Primavera P6 for large-scale projects.
Proven ability to perform detailed manpower and cost analysis.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve scheduling bottlenecks.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting the full lifecycle of infrastructure or industrial construction projects.
Demonstrated success in leading scheduling teams or coordinating across diverse project departments.
Proficiency in integrating project management software with financial reporting tools.
