You will spearhead the management of our Robinhood Money Compliance program, and serve as the point of contact to regulators and internal teams for our credit, debit and P2P businesses. In this role, you will design and implement Robinhood Money’s policies and procedures and a system of controls. You will also build AML and Risk programs and assessments leveraging technology. You’ll ensure our teams and processes meet the high standards of our internal policies and regulatory guidance, including but not limited to NYDFS Part 500 and 504 requirements. You will also oversee all US state regulatory reporting and US state license renewals. Lastly, you will champion a culture of compliance and serve as an advisor for Robinhood Money’s operations and technical teams.It is preferred that this role is located in one of the office locations listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment. This position is only eligible for remote work in limited geographies within the US where we do not have physical office locations. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
