Listeners and community members come to be inspired, informed, and energized as part of a growing network of change makers.Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the day-to-day social media presence for 15 Minutes With, The Podcast across multiple platforms. This part-time, on-site role, based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, involves drafting and scheduling posts, assisting with social media calendars, and repurposing podcast content into engaging short-form posts, captions, and stories. The intern will help with community engagement by responding to comments and messages, monitoring conversations, and contributing ideas to grow the audience. Responsibilities may also include basic analytics tracking, assisting with promotional campaigns for new episodes, and collaborating with the podcast team on creative concepts for social media. The role is ideal for someone eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to a mission-driven podcast brand.QualificationsFoundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an interest in podcast or media brands.Experience or demonstrated interest in Social Media Content Creation, including writing captions, selecting visuals, and tailoring content to platform best practices.Basic understanding of Marketing principles, including audience engagement and brand consistency.Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook Marketing) and basic analytics or scheduling tools is a plus.Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment with attention to detail and deadlines.Interest in topics related to leadership, future of work, and personal or professional development is highly beneficial.
