Job Description Personal Lines Producer Job Summary Seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. You will be responsible for generating new business through cold-calling, dealership leads, and leveraging warm leads from an extensive network. Qualifications/RequirementsLicenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience: Open to varying levels of experience; coachability and a willingness to learn are key.Technical Skills: Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems (Salesforce, EPIC, carrier portals).Sales Skills: Strong phone-sales skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented culture. #LI-CS1
