Whether you're looking for a flexible part-time arrangement (20 hours/week) or a full-time schedule (up to 37.5 hours/week), this role offers a chance to help shape young lives while collaborating within a dedicated school-based healthcare team.Key Qualifications and Experience:Active Oklahoma certification as a COTA/L is required.Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or healthcare setting.Familiarity with school-based therapy practices and documentation requirements.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage students, staff, and families.Ability to adapt support strategies to meet a diverse range of student needs.Collaborative and team-oriented approach.Primary Responsibilities:Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, targeting student-specific education goals.Develop and implement strategies to promote participation, independence, and well-being in the school setting.Document services provided and maintain accurate records as outlined by district and state regulations.Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure effective support plans.Attend team meetings and contribute to IEP discussions for assigned students.Flexibly manage caseload responsibilities and participate in ongoing professional development.This position begins August 13, 2026, and runs through May 2027.
