OSHA Recordkeeping & Compliance Coordinator
Compliance ManagerThis role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance and operational integrity by managing a comprehensive system of documentation, reporting, and tracking. The individual will be responsible for maintaining 300 logs, ensuring accurate electronic reporting, responding to citations in a timely manner, and managing compliance calendars to uphold adherence to industry standards and legal requirements. This position supports organizational accountability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement through meticulous recordkeeping and proactive compliance management.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update 300+ operational and compliance logs with accuracy and consistency.
Generate and submit electronic reports in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Respond promptly and effectively to citations, providing documented evidence and corrective actions.
Monitor and manage compliance calendars to ensure timely completion of audits, renewals, and reporting deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify data integrity and support compliance initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in compliance, documentation management, or a related field.
Proficiency in electronic reporting systems and digital recordkeeping tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Excellent written communication skills for drafting responses and reports.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance frameworks.
