Construction Project Manager, Owner's Representative - Data Center ConstructionChandler, Litchfield, Phoenix DC CampusesDC Deployed is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee mission-critical data center construction projects from start to finish, including commissioning and turnover.This role is responsible for daily site leadership, trade coordination, quality assurance, schedule management, and ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate understands the complexities of critical infrastructure, thrives in fast-paced environments, and promotes accountability among multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities• Lead on-site construction activities for data center projects, ensuring alignment with contract documents, schedule, and budget• Coordinate general contractor and subcontractor activities to maintain production flow and milestone achievement• Monitor and enforce quality control standards and code compliance• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and site requirements• Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field directives• Review and validate contractor pay applications and cost tracking• Identify schedule risks and implement recovery strategies when necessary• Participate in OAC meetings and provide clear reporting to project leadership• Support procurement and tracking of long-lead and mission-critical equipment• Oversee commissioning readiness, system completion, and turnover documentationQualifications• 7+ years of commercial construction experience, with significant exposure to data center or mission-critical facilities• Strong working knowledge of MEP systems, critical power, cooling infrastructure, and structured cabling• Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating field operations• Familiarity with construction management platforms (ACC, Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar)• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents• Strong leadership presence and communication skillsPreferred• Experience with multi-MW data hall builds or campus expansions• Commissioning coordination experience• OSHA 30 certification• Experience in hyperscale or colocation environmentsWhy Join DC DeployedWe are a strategic partner in delivering high-performance critical facilities.
