Job Title: QC Informatics ScientistLocation: Concord, NC (Onsite)Pay Rate: $35–37/hourContract Length: 6-month contract with possibility of extensionStart Date: ASAPPosition OverviewThe QC Informatics Scientist is responsible for supporting Quality Control operations through the creation, verification, and maintenance of master data and system configurations across key laboratory systems, including LabVantage LIMS and MODA LES. This role also supports non-terminal record monitoring activities and the development of electronic laboratory documentation for non-routine testing.This position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, and compliance within a regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform master data creation and verification within LabVantage LIMS, including specifications, sampling plans, flavor management, product variants, and storage recordsSupport site deployment activities and system upgrades for LabVantage LIMSCreate and verify master data within MODA LES, specifically for environmental monitoring and utilities testing methods and sampling plansDevelop NuGenesis ELN document templates to support non-routine testing activitiesConduct non-terminal record monitoring to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standardsReview system audit trails and support investigation of any discrepancies identifiedQualificationsExperience working with laboratory systems such as LabVantage LIMS, MODA LES, and/or NuGenesis ELNStrong understanding of data integrity and quality systems within a regulated environment (GMP preferred)Experience with master data creation, verification, and system configurationAbility to support audits, review audit trails, and investigate discrepanciesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
