Therapist

Seeking a Licensed Therapist (LPCC or LACC or, LSW or, LPC or, LCSW or, LAC) to conduct clinical Mental Health and Substance Abuse sessions.  The role is responsible for running therapeutic individual sessions. Pay range is based on experience and credentials/licensure. Licensed therapists' pay range is from $35-$70 an hour based on experience and service provided. As a Licensed Therapist, you will work alongside a cohesive team of experienced providers and peers. Your responsibilities will be providing individuals with SUD and mental health therapy resulting in appropriate treatments. You will be an independent contractor with the ability to create your own schedule, full or part time. Sessions will be in person at a location in Downtown Denver and some telehealth. Requirements: Current Active License as LPCC or, LACC or, LSW or, LPC or, LCSW or, LAC Good written and communication skills required. Ability to work independently alongside a cohesive team. Thorough knowledge of psychotherapy, substance abuse, and process disorders treatment modalities, not limited to: DBT, TIC, MI and 12 Step Recovery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide SUD and Mental Health therapy and treatment in accordance with best practices, policies, and procedures. Facilitate individual therapy utilizing evidenced based practices. Demonstrate ability to provide comprehensive and ongoing assessment resulting in appropriate treatment for multiple levels of care. Ability to perform clinical assessments and develop strengths based, client centered treatment plans. Continually monitor progress and re-evaluate appropriateness of goals.
