Whether you're supplementing income, balancing another position, or simply looking for flexibility, we value the experience and compassion you bring.What You'll Do:Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or facilities in the Pearland areaComplete PRN visits, admissions, or support visits as neededAssess patient conditions and communicate changes to the care teamProvide education and support to patients and familiesDocument visits and care using a company-provided tabletCollaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice teamHospice experience is preferred but not required.
