Overseas Air Export Coordinator (India & Philippines)Talmo & Associates is seeking experienced Overseas Air Export Coordinators based in India or the Philippines to support U.S.-based freight forwarding and logistics operations. This is a remote contract opportunity ideal for professionals with strong air export coordination experience, pricing and quoting knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate international air export shipments from origin to destinationPrepare and process export documentation including MAWB/HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and AES filings when applicableHandle air export pricing, rate requests, and customer quotationsCommunicate with airlines, overseas agents, carriers, warehouses, and customers regarding shipment status and pricingTrack and monitor shipments to ensure timely departures and deliveriesEnsure compliance with export regulations and customer requirementsUpdate shipment milestones and maintain accurate records in company systemsResolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and customer inquiries professionally and efficientlySupport operations and customer service teams during U.S. EST business hoursRequirementsMinimum of 2 recent years of Air Export coordination experience within freight forwarding or logisticsRecent experience with air export pricing and quotingStrong understanding of international shipping procedures and export documentationExperience working with airlines, carriers, and overseas agentsMust be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking EnglishMust be available to work EST time zone hoursStrong communication, multitasking, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentMust have reliable office equipment including:Computer or laptopHigh-speed internet connectionHeadset with microphoneQuiet and professional workspacePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting U.S.-based freight forwarding operationsExperience with CargoWise or similar logistics softwareStrong customer service and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneouslyCompensation & StructureContract-based positionMonthly stipend provided based on experience and qualificationsLong-term opportunity available for strong performersTo apply, please submit your resume highlighting your recent air export coordination and pricing/quoting experience.
