Director of Marketplace Management

A company is looking for a Director of Walmart Marketplace. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of Marketplace Managers focused on Walmart.com, fostering a high-performance culture Own the Walmart channel P&L, driving financial improvements and implementing automation tailored to Walmart's ecosystem Develop strategic relationships with Walmart's partner managers and collaborate on promotional plans Required Qualifications 7+ years of people leadership experience in a corporate or high-growth environment 7+ years of experience in Walmart e-commerce, including knowledge of Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) Proven track record of managing a complex P&L and making data-driven decisions Experience in business development and identifying growth opportunities within the Walmart ecosystem Extensive negotiation experience with platform partners and internal stakeholders
