Kitchen Supervisor

We are a small, fast-paced Cali-Mex restaurant in San Francisco looking for a reliable and organized leader to help oversee daily operations. This role is focused on maintaining kitchen standards, supporting staff performance, assisting with ordering and inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both BOH & FOH. The ideal candidate is hands on, calm under pressure, detail oriented, and comfortable stepping into different roles as needed. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company long term, with opportunities for increased leadership responsibilities as we expand.  Responsibilities Maintain prep, cleanliness, and service standards Support daily BOH & FOH operations and staff accountability Assist with ordering, inventory, invoice organization, and vendor communication Help monitor labor and food cost performance Provide role coverage across kitchen and front counter/service as needed Communicate effectively with ownership and staff to maintain efficient daily operations Qualifications Restaurant leadership experience preferred, but not required Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment Organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented Ability to lead by example and maintain professionalism during service More detail about Taco Primo, please visit
