Pediatric School Speech Pathology | Alpharetta, Georgia

A K-12 school located near Alpharetta, GA, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position during the current school year. This role will support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, providing essential speech and language services within a collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students across K-12 settingsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other SLPs and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), to support student progressMaintain accurate documentation and compliance with school-based policies (Note: Medicaid billing is not required)Participate in assessments, develop treatment plans, and communicate with educators and families to optimize student outcomesQualifications and Experience:Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings preferredFamiliarity with speech-language needs across elementary, middle, and high school levelsAbility to work independently and as part of a team within a K-12 educational environmentPosition Details:Contract duration for the current school year (CSY)Full-time 40 hours/week preferred; part-time candidates will also be consideredLocated approximately 20 minutes north of Atlanta, GA, and 20 minutes west of Decatur, GA
