We are looking for a Record Retrieval Specialist to join our Medical Records team.Job DescriptionAs a Record Retrieval Specialist, your main responsibility is to obtain the requested materials and supply those back to the requesting party in a timely manner.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAll duties and responsibilities are essential job functions and are subject to possible modifications to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.Data Entry;Follow-up with providers (via phone, email, fax). This job requires frequent phone work;Review of prepayment requests for accuracy and then inputting those into our system;Answering status requests made by the client;Processing rejections based on the client protocol;Reviewing the requested materials for accuracy and supplying those in a final version to the requesting party.ISG is a technology-driven company that believes superior customer service is the core of a business relationship.
