Line Cook

Wildwood is looking for a creative, dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team.
The Line Cook will prepare a la carte menu / banquet items and maintain clean and organized workstation. There will be times you will be asked to work with action stations and outdoor events.
Line Cook Responsibilities:
Assisting with stocking and setting up stations in a scratch kitchen environment
Preparing high quality food, cleaning and cutting ingredients, cooking main dishes, and preparing desserts, appetizers, and snacks
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and in a timely manner.
Follow club procedures for kitchen operation, food safety, and hygiene.
Other duties as assigned by Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
