We are partnering with our long-standing client, a rapidly growing, high-performance staffing organization to hire several experienced Skilled Trades Recruiters to support their expanding strategic accounts business. We’ve successfully placed multiple recruiters with this team, and the feedback has been outstanding!This is not a plug-and-play recruiting role. This is an opportunity to join a top-performing team that is on pace for a record-breaking year, and is looking for recruiters who know how to hunt, build pipelines, and deliver at a high level.What You’ll Be DoingOwn the full recruitment cycle for skilled trades and construction roles across the U.S.Source talent and build a robust candidate pipeline through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, trade schools, referral networks, and direct outreachPartner closely with internal teams to fill high-volume, time-sensitive project needsRecruit for per diem/travel roles and coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth placementsDeliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-upWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of skilled trades or construction recruiting experience (required)Proven ability to source and build pipelines - not just post and prayExperience working in high-volume, fast-paced environmentsFamiliarity with per diem recruiting and travel rolesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsBilingual (Spanish) is a plusWhy This Opportunity Stands OutJoin a company experiencing rapid growth and national expansionWork on a high-profile, high-volume strategic accountBe part of a team-based, pooled commission structure—collaborative, not cutthroat.
