Key Responsibilities Lead operational risk management strategy for the Treasury and Capital Markets division Conduct complex risk reviews and ensure compliance across divisions Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance risk solutions and automate controls Required Qualifications 8+ years of relevant risk management experience, with 10+ years in a leadership role preferred Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry at a large, regulated institution Proven track record in managing teams and developing talent Background in Risk Assessment and Management, including control design and remediation Bachelor's Level Degree required; Master's Level Degree preferred
