Job Description PurposeTo produce and ensure completion of all the bills supporting documents on food and beverage sales at the assign outletsTasksPrepare bills on the all the kitchen and beverage order tickets issued by the service staff.Post charges to guests folios by POS machines.Ensure that the signatures required by the guests are obtained.Collect cash on all cash sales.Complete bill entry sheets and other document s as necessary.Answer the outlet telephone in the prescribe manner and provide assistance to caller.Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all the time.QualificationsQualificationsPassion for people and hospitalityKnowledge of Property Management System and Microsoft OfficeExceptional communication skills both written and verbalThe ability to make decisions independently and confidentlyStrong attention to detailAdditional InformationServe with Humility | Radiate Optimism | Rely on Our Family
