Project Manager (IT / Business Analysis)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale public sector revenue and assistance program initiative focused on customer support systems and technical modernization.Role Overview: This role involves managing and supporting enterprise applications related to customer assistance programs, including requirement gathering, system enhancements, testing, and release coordination across multiple project phases.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into approved technical specificationsDevelop and manage project plans, design documents, and deliverablesLead SDLC phases: discovery, design, development, testing, and deploymentCoordinate testing, release management, and system enhancementsAnalyze and triage technical issues across enterprise applicationsCollaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional partnersWork Activities IncludeHandle customer IT queries for enterprise systemsConduct business analysis, gap analysis, and process documentationFacilitate workshops, brainstorming, and design review sessionsDevelop workflows, use cases, and process diagramsSupport project scoping, planning, and knowledge transferMaintain documentation repository and ensure stakeholder sign-offsTechnology Environment:.NET, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle DB, Customer Information SystemsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong Project Management and Business Analysis backgroundExperience working within SDLC methodologiesAbility to identify and manage stakeholders effectivelyStrong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience delivering customer-focused IT solutions
