The executive assistant is the right hand to the chief impact officer (CIO), a trusted thought partner, master organizer, problem-solver, and occasional calm-in-the-storm for a very busy executive leading high-impact, community-focused work. You must be someone who loves lists and people, can juggle a packed calendar without breaking a sweat, and brings a positive, "we've got this" energy to everything you touch. You must thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and care about mission-driven work that truly makes a difference. Led by chief impact officer Sherri Francois, the foundation focuses on designing and implementing workforce development initiatives, education and career pipelines, youth and internship programs, and resident-centered services that expand access to opportunity and economic participation.Guided by a data-driven, people-first approach, our social impact focus works collaboratively with the foundation, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, civic leaders, and private-sector partners to ensure accountability, transparency, and long-term sustainability.
