The B.O.T. is an occupational and behavioral management day program that provides clients individualized support to enhance social, vocational and developmental skills. Job Description Job: Day Program for Developmentally Disabled Adults with Behaviors Position: Direct Care Staff Hours: Monday – Thursday (6hrs.) ; Fri. (5.75hrs.) Salary: Starting at $17.00 401 (k) Benefits available Hours of Operation: 8am – 3pm Pay Days: 10th & 25th of each month Job Requirements 1. At least 18 years of age 2. High School Diploma or GED 3. Fingerprint Clearance (before employment can begin) FBI & DOJ $89 upfront Company will reimburse if cleared 4. Physical / TB Test within the last year 5. CA Driver License 6. DMV 5yr. driving record / reliable transportation / acceptable driving record 7.
