Project Designer

VISSI Architecture + Design is seeking a talented and motivated Project Designer to join our growing team in Marlton, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a design professional with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to expand beyond production work and grow into project leadership responsibilities. ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers with design and technical packages from schematic design through construction documents. Coordinate engineering consultants with oversight from the Project Manager. Organize internal team tasks and deliverables to support project schedules and deadlines. Identify code, coordination, and constructability issues early in the design process. Assist in maintaining project quality standards and firm documentation standards. Contribute to collaborative problem-solving and team communication throughout all project phases.Qualifications3–5 years of professional experience in architecture. Bachelor of Architecture degree required.Strong design sensibility paired with technical execution skills. Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating consultant information. Working knowledge of building codes and permitting processes. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
