This is a pivotal moment for the organization, as it is poised for significant growth and expansion. The successful candidates will be instrumental in stewarding the company's mission, scaling its impact, and building a lasting legacy in the field of gifted education. Board members will be expected to partner with the Head of School in defining and implementing long-term strategic plans, including growth and facilities development. The role requires a time commitment of 20-30 hours per quarter, including attendance at board meetings, committee work, and active participation in the company's fundraising events. While proximity to the Greater Philadelphia area is preferred, the company is open to considering candidates from other regions who can demonstrate the necessary time commitment and have a strong network capacity.Travel PercentLess than 10%FunctionsBoard of Directors (non-operating)
