Ohio 45505(937) 324-4551Posted: February 24, 2026Alumni CoordinatorEmployment Type: Full-timePosition Summary:Catholic Central School is seeking a dynamic, relationship-oriented Alumni Coordinator to lead our efforts in connecting and engaging with our robust network of over 11,000 alumni. The Alumni Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic processes and programs that strengthen alumni relationships, foster loyalty, and encourage ongoing support of the school's mission. This role plays a vital part in advancing Catholic Central's legacy and promoting a vibrant, lifelong connection between alumni and the school.Key Responsibilities:Alumni Outreach & Engagement:Develop and implement a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy.Serve as the primary point of contact for alumni inquiries, communications, and initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni through various communication channels, including newsletters, social media, email, and personal outreach.Database & Communication Management:Create and maintain accurate alumni records and contact information in coordination with the advancement office.Utilize alumni data to segment and personalize outreach and engagement efforts.Event Planning & Execution:Plan, promote, and execute alumni engagement events including reunions, networking events, homecoming, 1-Irish, and regional gatherings.Collaborate with school leadership and other departments to support school-hosted events that include alumni participation.Program Development:Establish alumni programs such as mentorship, guest speakers, student internships for Enrichment Term, and career networking opportunities that benefit both alumni and current students.Work closely with class agents and reunion committees to foster peer-to-peer engagement.Collaboration & Reporting:Collaborate with the Director of Advancement and the School President to align alumni efforts with institutional goals.Provide regular reports and updates on alumni engagement metrics and initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, education, or a related field.2+ years of experience in alumni relations, event planning, or donor engagement (preferably in a school or non-profit setting).Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office, database systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge or similar), and social media platforms.Enthusiasm for Catholic education and the mission of Catholic Central School.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a Catholic school or faith-based institution.Knowledge of or connection to the Catholic Central alumni community.Experience in creating systems or processes for outreach and engagement.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, and three professional references to President Michael Raiff at: [email protected]
